Sterling Foods has enjoyed longstanding leadership under the guidance of CEO John Lickovich for over thirty years. Under John’s leadership and vision, Sterling grew from a specialty food manufacturer serving the U.S. military into a diversified, industry-leading organization that partners with leading brands and channels throughout the broader food market.
Today, John is positioning the company for its next phase of growth with a transition of his role as Chief Executive Officer to experienced industry veteran, Kelly Crouse. Kelly possesses over 35 years of experience, serving in a wide variety of leadership roles in the food industry supporting national restaurant chains, convenience stores, K-12 schools, military, and retail customers. Kelly is uniquely suited to lead Sterling into the future, enabling the company to continue to grow rapidly and responsibly. John will continue his support of the company through his position as Executive Chairman of Sterling’s Board of Directors.
