Combining large-scale, fully automated equipment with hand-crafted, artisanal bakery techniques, we manufacture products ranging from the most decadent layer and molten cakes, gourmet butter croissants and cookies, to simple snack breads and much more. Our equipment is configured for flexibility, capacity and efficiency to support large-scale production.

The San Antonio facility serves as Sterling Foods’ headquarters and our Texas manufacturing facility. Conveniently located in North Central San Antonio, our home office and bakery employ over 350 team members year-round. With plenty of room for expansion, we drive excellence through dedication and determination.
